D-Guard Bowie – Master Series Fixed Blade Knife Kit (Designed by Harvey Dean) The D-Guard Bowie has an overall length of 16.40 inches. The blade length measures 11.00 inches, has a cutting edge of 10.00 inches, and is 1.80 inches at the widest point. The blade is made from precision 9Cr13CoMoV stainless steel (Equivalent SUS440C)(HRC 58-60), is flat-ground, heat-treated, satin finished, features a tapered-tang, and has a beveled top edge.
