I was very fortunate to get a bunch of these from a Vet’s estate in the area (Fayetteville NC) who was a part of this phantom army in England during WW2. I was told he actually designed and had the patches made in the UK.

WW2 – 2 Francs. The certificates were made by line lithography to create colorful banknotes that could e produced cheaply. The 2 Francs banknote which is in lightly circulated condition is done in blue with a black serial number and the back is the French Flag in color.
