Crafted in the classic Italian “Finestre” (picture window) style, this heavy, substantial piece features a rich butterscotch/amber orange cased glass exterior layered over a creamy white interior. Structurally sound with no cracks.
NOTE: this is a second quality do it has the characteristic scratch on the bottom which is visible in two places through the clear glass at the base. And there is flecks of red throughout which I believe was caused by a reaction during the blowing process from copper.
Signed Hand-Blown Cobalt Blue Art Glass Vase – Dated 1994. While I have not been able to identify the artist, the vase appears to be a quality studio art glass piece. Type: Art Glass Vase. Color: Cobalt Blue.
