The light pegs were put in this little tree. I just set them in there for the pics, it will be loose so the buyer can put them where they choose. I put in several extra lights in case you want to change the color scheme. There is no base for this, I have some small trees like this, and I use Styrofoam as a platform or the light cord to go through……see pics
