Also known as Lacy Medallion, this pattern was first called Colorado made by the U.S. Glass Company in the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. This toothpick holder has the label “Hand Pressed in U.S.A. Summit Art Glass.” There is no marking on this toothpick other than having the paper label. The Jewel toothpick holder stands about 2 1/4 inches tall. Glass is clear. There is no wear on the gold trimming. Sits level. Summit Art Glass Company was in operation from 1984 to 2005. Payment Payment is due immediately if this is a “Buy It Now” or Store item.
