Purchased from an Estate, this elegant heavy silverplate covered bulb shaped bowl will make an excellent addition to your MCM decor. It is functional as a tea caddy, candy dish or to simply display. It features a koi tripod base with a stately koi finial on the lid. The lid has a lip to provide a secure fit. The bowl is 7 inches tall including the 2 inch finial and approximately 5 inches in diameter at the widest point.

Up for sale is Colonial Williamsburg Stieff Pewter tea caddy scoop. It features a short handle, and a bowl engraved with pineapple. Although it is only 4 3/4″ long, it is sturdy and heavy for its size. Since pewter had been a great part of life in Colonial America and its popularity was growing, Colonial Williamsburg asked Stieff to create a line of pewter products that would be recreations of colonial items, and it was a big success. These reproductions were manufactured by the skilled craftsmen of The Stieff Company and proudly bear the hallmark of Williamsburg Restoration, Incorporated.
