Vintage 70s-90s neon gas discharge bulb. There were many made, unbranded, as was common for the era. Very few are left, which makes this a rare find. Much better visual appeal and construction compared to modern reproduction models with plated steel bases. These pass the magnet and scratch test, have natural patina, indicative of their age. The warm vibrant vintage glow is credited to the superior gas mixture used at the time, which you will not find in anything produced today
