Vintage 1970s Boho Woven Table Runner or Scarf w/ Real Mink Tail Fringe Rustic

My mom kept this in her scarf drawer but I was recently told it may have been intended to be a dresser or table runner. It’s missing a couple tails on one end, and there are some “disconnections” in the body. Still a beautiful and unique piece. Please see photos for exact item/condition. Thanks for looking, and feel free to ask questions. Measures approximately 22 inches wide by 60 inches long (not including tails). Mink tails measure approximately 6–7 inches each.
