I don’t believe this is vintage. I believe this is fairly current. The coffee cups are stainless steel but the handles are a different material. I think it’s for heat purposes. They are flaking in some of the areas. Of the handle on a couple of the cups. The percolator has a slightly bent. You can see in the photos. It does not affect the coffee maker great for camping.
