Vintage Sheaffer’s Advertising Mechanical Pencil – International Oil Truck – Read Pen has marble style barrel – has a truck on it that looks like an oil truck and Internatol logo under truck – Barrel has a signature on it looks like MH Gamble but hard to tell with that font As for the pencil if you rotate the top have the lead doesn’t come out but if you pull the top half off and rotate the inner barrel it works fine so it seems the top half isn’t snug enough to rotate the inner barrel- not sure what the fix for that is Nice condition – check pics carefully to judge condition for yourself From estate sale
