This is a vintage Romanian folk art wooden lidded as a souvenir produced by the Arta Lemnului cooperative in Bucharest. The profile on the front depicts Vlad the Impaler (Vlad Țepeș), the historical figure who inspired the Dracula legend. The word “Dracula” is carved into the wood to the right of his portrait.
