This is an Arnart June kewpie angel with a big red bow at the neck, holding a golden wedding ring with three little rhinestones on the front…one clear, one red, and one yellow/amber. His neck/shoulder area has been repaired, and the matte skin colored paint is a bit mottled or patchy. You can see the brush strokes in some areas of his head. Please see photos. This sweet kewpie angel is still very displayable, and is about 5” tall. This angel was made by Arnart, but Kelvin’s made a very similar kewpie angel. Please see my other vintage figurines.
