The Penguin Plus features all of the same things that we love about the Penguin and expands upon them. The premium CPM-20CV blade features a sheepsfoot design that excels at slicing and chopping tasks due to its large straight edge. The blade is deployed via a thumb stud or the new flipper tab and is exceptionally smooth to operate thanks to the ceramic ball bearings in the pivots. The handles of this upscaled version is made from bead blasted titanium that is pleasant to look at yet still comfortable to hold.
