Indigo Gabbro is a plutonic rock that forms deep in the Earth’s and Oceanic crusts from high pressure and cooled magma throughout the stone are irregular shaped areas of black Pyroxene surrounding gorgeous green centers of Olivine; there are flashes of shimmering Muscovite mica throughout the stone. Gabbro is a combination of multiple minerals containing Feldspar, Chlorite, Muscovite, Pyroxene, Hercynite, and Magnetite in a charcoal colored matrix; it may also contain small amounts of Olivine, Chrome Garnet and Biotite. Gabbro was named by the German geologist Christian Leopold von Buch after a town in the Italian Tuscany region. Essexite is named after the type locality in Essex County, MA, USA. Returns Policy We stand behind all our products and try to provide our customer the best service possible. We ask the buyers to contact us first, report the problem and receive the RMA # before returning the product. In case the wrong product was shipped to the customer, we will accept it back and will resend the right product for free. Items return is allowed within 30 days after the delivery date. If the customer is willing to return the item, original shipping packaging should not be disposed of, and the item should be in it’s original condition. Please contact us using eBay Messaging Service to request return authorization prior sending the merchandise back to us. We will issue the refund or send a replacement merchandise to the customer at our own decision. Our decision is based on inquiry from customer, product availability and other factors. Also we ask the customers to send us the pictures showing the damage during transportation with the initial claim. Once such product is reported, we file insurance claim with the shipping carrier and/or resolve this problem with the customer by providing refund or replacement once the shipping carrier fulfills obligations related to the claim.
