Box has some water damage, however the village piece was not touched by the water. The lights and music box work great. I started to collect pieces of the Alpine Village over 25 years ago. I’ve listed all my pieces as new because I’ve never been able to display them due to not having room to set up the village in all of its glory. They have been stored in temperature controlled spaces, however some of the boxes have seen better days. Some boxes have what appears to be warping from moisture, and some are torn. The condition of the box does not reflect the piece inside. If you’d like additional photos of the pieces, please let me know.

The Village pieces are in great shape. It does include the original light string, but currently not working. Might just need new bulbs as some appear to be burned out or may need new set of lights.
