It is not ordinary dinnerware — it was sold as a patriotic souvenir during the U.S. Bicentennial era leading up to America’s 200th birthday in 1976. The backstamp shows it was made by the American Art China Co. in Sebring, Ohio, this particular piece appears to be made from pewter-finish metal rather than ceramic china.
