Brand new. The color is black. These parts will also fit several other unnumbered ratchets. If you look at your kit and count the teeth, you may be able to determine that this kit also fits yours. The previous generation quick release Ratchet generally all have the same gear. However, many of those were not numbered.Many of the previous generation torque wrenches also take the same parts.
