We make the scales from composite or maple burl and composite. They are all handmade with careful attention to detail. We can do custom orders for a different color/s upon request. The scales are typically made 5 1/2″ x 1 7/8″ and are 5/16″to 3/8″ thick. The picture of the scales shown is an example set of these colors. The scales you receive may vary slightly in swirl patterns, but will be the colors shown.Knife Blanks/Scales as received are not intended to be a finished product. Our intent is for them to be ground down from the shinny side down to your desired thickness sanded then polished. 100% Customer satisfaction is our main priority.
