This is a vintage 1950’s piece of 100% cotton in a plaid pattern in colors of Red/Green/Blue/Yellow. Yarn dyed fabric. Measurements: 34″ wide x 180 in (5 yards long). This piece of fabric is in perfect, new-like condition and comes from a non-smoking home. This cotton fabric was manufactured at Mission Valley Mills in New Braunfels, TX many years ago. Mission Valley Mills produced fabrics for clothing and home use until the late 1970’s. Cottage industries in the area were well known for creating children’s and adult clothing sold in Texas and beyond. My mother is down-sizing and selling many of her vintage quilting fabrics. Set of vintage Metal Box Genuine Dodo 1983 tins with an orange checkered coffee and tea design. Three tins of graduated size, each with its own design. Pre-owned and vintage so there are signs of age to the tins—some tarnish, scratches, etc. But still in usable condition and/or great for decor.
