Vintage 1970s Boho Woven Table Runner or Scarf w/ Real Mink Tail Fringe Rustic

My mom kept this in her scarf drawer but I was recently told it may have been intended to be a dresser or table runner. It’s missing a couple tails on one end, and there are some “disconnections” in the body. Still a beautiful and unique piece. Please see photos for exact item/condition. Thanks for looking, and feel free to ask questions. Measures approximately 22 inches wide by 60 inches long (not including tails). Mink tails measure approximately 6–7 inches each. Lovely Carving inherited from my grand mother who collected antiques. I did a bit of research and from all I can find out. according to what i can find this is a Elegant wooden bust, Victorian era, representing a lady with a hat. 1900-1910 Finely detailed carving. Dimensions: 9 inch tall by 7 inch wide another search described it as Oberammergau Vintage Wood Hand Carved Folk Art Woman Figurine From Western Germany it looks like a one point a small part of her hat may have broken off and been repaired as shown in the photos
