Very nice Vintage Millefiori Ornate Silver Color Pillbox/Trinket Box, India, Lot Of 2. Lovely little pill box/ trinket boxes both with millefiori glass lids and ornate silver plated boxes. Both lined with felt and other than some green tarnish in very good condition please see photos.
The top of the lid is hand-engraved with an exquisite folk-style Indian Peacock (Mayura) or crested Hamsa bird nestled within a flowing foliate and floral vine background. The front and side panels are also fully decorated with delicate, hand-chiseled scrolling leaf motifs.
