Item is in perfect condition. It does have some manufacturing flaws like there’s a smudge of the blue paint into the orange paint that was done when they were painting. This item had great character to it. The Paint is outside the lines. This was handpainted back in the 20s and 30s in Japan. There’s a little spot on the top rim a little divot. It is under glaze and under paint. it’s not a chip. It’s just a little tiny flaw that was in the manufacturing process the imperfections in the manufacturing of this item make it very charming and just a really cool collectible piece, bright colors, beautiful geometric design It is missing the cork that goes in the bottom you’ll have to buy a replacement cork not a big deal
