This is a hand woven vintage fabric piece from India, likely a tablecloth and likely 100% cotton. It measures 80” between the selvedge edges and is 100” long, stitched at both ends. Could be used as is for a tablecloth, made into a shower curtain, other home decor, or would work for a pair of pants as well. There may be some fading to the colors.

Each block contains an individual butterfly appliqued onto a light-colored background. The Antennae and body are added using hand embroidery. Quilt is hand-tied with green yarn. Batting has shifted in areas, scattered smalls spots on front of quilt, and areas of loose threads around butterfly applique as shown.

Very nice antique double wedding ring quilt…. hand made….. probably in the 30 ‘s. Blue cotton background on the top with many different cotton fabrics that make up the rings. Pink cotton edges and baking with pink ties. There is no batting. Scalloped edges on the ends. The quilt is lovely and in great shape. Some of the little fabric pieces are coming up…. see pic. Priced accordingly. It measures 80 inches long and 74 inches wide.
