Used and functioning parts. These will fit the 44975 and 44985 ratchets. THIS SPECIFIC parts kit came from a gently used 44975 with OIL PORT so the long spring is present. If you have an oil port ratchet you can use all of these parts. If you do not have an oil port, Ratchet , you will need to reuse your short spring. This KIT comes with all the parts seen in the photos. Pawl. Lever. Anvil. Spring clips. Long spring. Ball bearing. Anvil ring. The ugliest part of this kit is the spring. The grease on this kit was rather crystallized and the spring was stuck pretty good. You can probably reuse it, but if yours is functional, I would use yours. C470
