We bought out a store of Precious Moments and Sebastian Miniatures. All of these are new. They have been sitting for decades. I have to take them out of the tissue paper to take pictures because these are hand painted and do not always have the same painting as another has. The ones that have original tape that has never been broken, I will take pics off the internet. I do not want to break the tape and make it used.
