Bottle topper stopper is made of porcelain in the shape of a globe and it has Rye on it and a floral design. It measures 2 1/2″ long by 1 3/4″ wide. It is possible that it was used but It is seems to be in such a very good condition with no wear that I believe it is unused. It was made in Japan in the 1950s.
