This a 1946 official ballot on constitutional amendments for women. It is for North Carolina, but does not say so on the ballot. This ballot is unmarked. It is in perfect condition and is in a nice black frame with a glass front. It can hang or lean. This would be perfect for an office space, waiting room, or study.
