Lot of 5 Union Buttons for the Amalgamated Association of Street and Electric Employees of America. These were proof that streetcar conductors and employees had paid their dues for the month. This lot includes Jan, May & August of 1908, and Sept & Nov of 1909. Measure about an inch in diameter. Jan has some stains along the front edges. The backs have the union symbol and indicate they were printed by the Ohio Badge Company of Columbus, Ohio. The backs also show discoloration as this would be the side pinned on the cap or uniform.
