It is made from die-cut paperboard and features a black witch silhouette design with orange details, giving the impression of windblown hair and robes. There are 8 very small pin holes visible. There are minor visible bends or creases at the tip and end of the broomstick, the heel of the witch’s boot, at the base of the hat, witches neck, and near the witch’s knees.
Offered here is a rare Halloween party hat produced in the 1930s by Beistle. The hat is constructed of crepe paper and cardboard. It measures approximately 12” x 8”. The colors throughout the hat are rich and unfaded. There are some minor bends and creases to the band of the hat and the there are some tears and small holes to the upper crepe paper portion of the hat. The cardboard devil silhouette has a bend to it where the hat was once folded. Overall the hat displays beautifully! This hat will be packaged carefully and shipped in a sturdy box via USPS ground.
