The ends of IR Solas material will be rough they were cut with a pair of scissors. The length counting the jagged section is over 12.5″ but you can count on at least 12.25″ as usable and printed length. The Velcro that is attached has exposed areas either sticking out the sides or in other cases the Velcro doesn’t completely cover the back side of the Solas. Please look at the pictures to see the border that surrounds the printed area, the possible Velcro hang-offs, and the jagged section. $6 per pack.
