stand approximately 7 1/4 inches high. Has some cosmetic wear as shown including some tiny specs of white paint as shown but nothing is broken or missing. Tested and works with typical crackling when some of the dials are turned due to not having been used for decades, which generally clears up over time as the dials are used again. Has an A/C power cord, or can use 4 “AA” batteries, one of the springs for the “AA” battery cartridge has corrosion as shown but these cartridges are inexpensive and easily replaceable as the cartridge just plugs into a 9 volt battery connector inside the battery compartment. 062226
The Sony TFM-6100W AM FM Transistor Pocketable Radio from the 1970s is a collectible unit that is perfect for vintage radio enthusiasts. This pocketable radio, made by Sony in Hong Kong, offers a nostalgic listening experience with its AM and FM capabilities. Although the battery connection is currently broken, simple repairs can bring this classic transistor radio back to life, allowing users to enjoy its retro charm and functionality. Ideal for collectors or those looking for a piece of radio history to add to their collection. The battery connector is detached from the black wire but works when you put the wire back in place. I can send a video upon request.
