The 1950s and 60s atomic craze snuck into the decorative design for interiors. This plug in wall sconce has a gold atom poised above the light shade. It has a MCM splatter finish. This lamp works perfectly and is easily hung on a wall. There are scratches and scuff marks commensurate with its age and could be hung as is or touched up. The back plate has rust residue on the reverse side. The Underwriters laboratories inspection sticker is from Richman Lighting, Los Angeles Ca. The shade is 6″ long with a 4 1/2″ opening.
