MFC Fuel Tank Adapter- Base Model – FIELD DRAB (Brown) This adapter allows you to convert your Scepter MFC into a self venting fuel tank. It can be used to fuel any machinery that can be supported by a 5/16th inch feed. Typically 50 to 60HP. It is very easy to swap cans, mid operation, without the need to shut down the machine. This Base Model includes the Machined Adapter, which includes three ¼ inch NPT attachment points, replaceable Vacuum Vent, modified Brown Scepter Cap and Viton Gasket. It comes ready for you to rig up to satisfy your specific needs in a portable fuel tank, including a fuel return line if necessary for your application. There are a limited number of these units due to cap availability. Olive Drab (Green) is pictured but you can see the Brown in the cap color comparison photo.Field Drab(brown) cap finish is either matte or gloss. The newer MATTE FINISH caps tend to look smoother and a little lighter than the gloss finish caps, please see photos for reference (the gloss is the darker of the two, but the difference is much less than it appears in the photo. If you have a preference between the two, please let us know when you place the order, otherwise we will choose.
