This has paint missing along tje bottom probably from sitting in a garage for years. This is surface paint rust only. This can is solid and qhen cleaned out can still be used. Send me your zip code and I can identify the cheapest shipper to your local. This is old and has small dings and paint missing in places. Allow the photos to be the best descriptor of this item.
