Bought this at an Estate sale from a long time collector of plates n frames. This is a very nice metal plate frame. Would look great on a lowrider/classic/hotrod if you’re from that area of California. The family didnt know much about it. Im listing this as new as the condition of the plate frame and cardboard insert are in mint condition it would look great on a show car or similar condition vehicle. I dont see any manufacturer markings but this is a heavy metal plate frame. Dealership closed down in the 1990s from what i have researched. Reach out with any questions.
