Some might be missing part of the plate. They really are that bad. Not good for collections but might be just the thing for certain craft projects. Q: Can I pick what States I would like? A: Not for this lot as they are prepackaged, but please do reach out if you are interested in specific plates as we would be happy to put together a custom listing. Delivery: We strive for fast shipping. Unless traveling, we offer one day shipping and often ship same day using USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
