Nestled perfectly within the iron matrix are striking, untouched vugs filled with bright white calcite crystals, beautifully accented by splashes of rustic orange limonite. As these hydrothermal fluids cooled, they crystallized into massive, solid bodies of magnetite and hematite.

I believe these to be: Two Obsidian – the Mahogany has incredibly beautiful flow patterns, picture jasper, dino bone, tiger’s eye, Banded calcite/onyx (?)., Chrysocolla, jaspers. I inherited that piece, so I know it’s very old.
