The story of Ramona is an ageless love story set in Old San Diego. It is my understanding it was fictional, however the author Helen Hunt Jackson used the setting of a place that became known as Ramona’s wedding Place. Through acquiring many collections, I found different pieces of postcard history, RPPC, of Ramona’s wedding place and wishing well. There is a postcard of a picture of Ramona herself!!. AND I found a tourist pamphlet to boot.
