Please see ALL PHOTOS before purchase. This is a fully functional fold up stroller in good shape for its age. It does have some brown spots here and there as well as a quarter size tear in the blue outer lining (see photo). Could use a deep clean after storage and is sold as is / pictured NO PO BOX please
