We deliver across India through verified logistics partners. International deliveries are not available at this time. You may order from anywhere globally, but the shipping address must be located within India.

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES

Orders within Pune are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Orders outside Pune may take 3–7 working days, depending on distance, availability, and logistics conditions. Estimated timelines are subject to factors beyond our control.

3. DELIVERY PARTNERS AND PROCESS

We engage third-party logistics providers to facilitate deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Users may track their order through the logistics partner’s platform.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. These charges are non-refundable unless an error or defect in the product is verified by us.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, two additional attempts will be made. After repeated failures, the order will be canceled, and applicable shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
