However, if item breakage occurs during shipping an insurance claim will need to be processed. Please see the INSURANCE AND / OR REFUND section for more information on starting a claim. The price of the shipping is an estimate of the furthest location possible we can ship. We are happy to provide a refund for any extra in the shipping. If you are using a PO-BOX as shipping address, consider that you might have an increase in the price of your shipping. This happens because USPS charges more for this kind of delivery, especially for larger and heavier packages. We use UPS as our primary shipping company. We plan to ship with insurance. If you are an international purchaser, you have two choices: 1) Sign up with eBay for the Global Shipping Program. This allows you to see the domestic (USA) shipping costs as well as international shipping, handling, and other fees. The import charges include any customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and other fees. This means that we as the seller will send your item to the global shipping center, and it will be shipped to you from there. This option allows eBay to take care of the shipping process for you. Check out in this link: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/global-shipping-program?id=4646 2) Ask us to calculate an estimate shipping cost to ship your item outside of the USA and expect to pay an increase in shipping costs. If choosing this option, please message me for approval before bidding. Our shipping price is based on the use of lots of shipping material to avoid any damage to the product. However, this does not mean that damage to the item will not happen. ************************************************************
