Food Safety Training & Certification(FoSTaC)

Training programs on ‘Food Safety Training and Certification’ are conducted at Katraj Dairy. Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has made it mandatory for every small and big business that prepares food to undergo training on ‘Food Safety Training and Certification’. Everyone who completes this training will receive a ‘Food Safety Supervisor’ certificate from Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Pune District Cooperative Milk Union has become a training partner with Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to provide this training.

2. Basic Catering
3. Advance Catering
4. Basic Manufacturing
5. Advance Manufacturing
