ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

3. Claims received beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. The Product must be in its original packaging and unused at the time of inspection.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to their perishable nature, certain items including milk, curd, paneer, butter, ghee, shrikhand, and other temperature-sensitive dairy goods are not eligible for return once successfully delivered in good condition. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.

REFUND PROCESS
1. Refunds are initiated only after verification of the complaint and approval by Katraj Dairy’s quality assurance team.

2. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from confirmation.

3. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

4. Any delays in processing refunds may be due to payment gateway or bank processing timelines, which are beyond Katraj Dairy’s control.

REPLACEMENTS
1. Where applicable, a replacement may be issued in lieu of a refund for defective or incorrect Products.

2. Replacements are subject to stock availability and quality checks.

3. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, the customer will receive a full refund as per the terms mentioned above.

ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Orders may be canceled by the customer before dispatch by contacting our customer care at katrajmilk@gmail.com.

2. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

3. Katraj Dairy reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, technical error, or logistical issues. Any amount charged will be refunded in such cases.
